Kulit:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;gaul semua bahan kecuali telur&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kemudian masukkan telur dan gaul rata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canai 1/2cm,terap bulat dan letak kulit tart acuan mangkuk kecil yang sudah disapu mentega/marjerin&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tekan guna garfu untuk hilangkan gelembung&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;bakar lebih kurang 10 minit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;keluarkan dan tuang adunan kastard telur kemudian bakar lagi selama 5 minit&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sejukkan dan hidang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;2. Apabila hamper mendidih, angkat dan sejukkan dalam bekas berisi air sejuk&lt;br /&gt;Satukan air susu tadi dengan yogurt asli. (Yogurt asli ni boleh dibeli yang ready made di pasar raya sebagai stater kerana is mengandungi bacteria yang akan membiak di dalam susu yang baru)&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang campuran tadi dalam bekas/ container atau periuk bersih dan simpan di tempat yang hangat selama 6 jam lebih. Boleh juga simpan dalam ove, caranya panaskan oven ke suhu 275°c dan padamkan. Masukkan periuk berisi yogurt campur susu tadi selama beberapa jam.&lt;br /&gt;Setelah yogurt menjadi pekat, simpan dalam peti sejuk&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;P/s: sangat sesuai dimakan bersama hirisan buah-buahan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Khasiat Yoguart: dikategorikan sebagai minuman kesihatan. perkataan Yogurt berasal dari bahasa turki yang bererti "susu masam". Yogurt ternyata menandungi banyak khasiat, beberapa di antaranya adalah seperti berikut:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1) menghasilkan zat-zat yang diperlukan oleh hati, berguna untuk pencegahan kanser&lt;br /&gt;2) Membantu proses pencernaan&lt;br /&gt;3) Yogurt memiliki gizi yang lebih tinggi berbanding susu segar. Kandungan lemak lebih rendah&lt;br /&gt;4) membantu pertumbuhan.&lt;br /&gt;5) mengandungi kalsium, vitamin A, tiamina, niasin dan riboflavin daripada susu.
